Filmmaker, producer & certified Green Consultant, she is dedicated to driving sustainable transformation in the film industry. With over two decades of international production experience across Europe and Asia, she combines creative leadership with hands-on sustainability expertise. 

As a certified Green Consultant (IHK) and Transformation Manager for Sustainable Culture, Juliane helps productions translate environmental goals into concrete, effective workflows—ensuring sustainability is not an added burden, but an integrated and cost-efficient part of the process. Her work is closely aligned with the German ecological standards for film and TV production, where such Consultants are often required for funded projects—making her a valuable partner for international co-productions navigating these frameworks. 

Alongside her consulting work, she co-founded Raav Films, where she develops and produces international projects.

Michel has over 30 years experience in film production, film financing and in managing audiovisual public funds. His work in feature film production for over ten years provided him with a solid foundation before joining Canadian public funding agencies. At first, at the Quebec provincial agency Sodec, Michel managed investment and tax credits for audiovisual products and later at the federal level, including 22 years at Telefilm Canada, where he was National Project Financing Director for all Canadians feature films. He helped Canada join Eurimages and was the Canadian representative at Eurimages from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, he specializes in executive producing and financial counselling for international coproductions.

After over 20 years of documentary commissioning and programming for ARTE France, she is currently consulting international producers, filmmakers and institutions.  Open to all genres of documentaries, with a deeper experience in Science, Nature, Environment and Discovery. She is an active member of various associations and acts as a Vice-Chair of the European Academy of Science Films.
