A documentary accompagnies the concert, exploring his various engagements and overviewing his unusual career.

To remember the Holocaust victims, the association fran:cultures organized a concert conducted by Anastasios Strikos with Nena Venetsanou as mezzo soprano, in the concentration camp of Mauthausen. Ustad Asad Ali Khan was the biggest Master of Rudra veena, instrument of the Northern Indian classical music. Its practicemight disappear after his death on the 14th of June 2011. This musician was the last one to have dedicated his life to this instrument. In this portrait, the artist makes us discover his musical tradition, his links with the court of Rampur, his everyday life in New Dehli where he lived with his foster son, Zaki Haider. He shows us the difficulties inherent to the practice of this ancient instrument and invites us to private concerts.

Yann Tiersen is kown as the "Amélie From Montmartre" soundtrack composer. He plays here titles from Dust Lane album and others. Dust Lane is the sixth studio album by Yann. Two years in the making, it was largely recorded in Yann's current home of Ouessant, a small island off the coast of French Brittany, with further parts recorded on an island in the South Philippines and last touches and final mix at The Chairworks Studio in Castleford with producer Ken Thomas.

 Les Hyènes is a French punk rock music band. It is the group of Denis Bart (Noir  Désir’s drummer), Jean-Paul Roy (Noir Désir’s bassist), guitarist Vincent Bosler and  bassist Olivier Mathios.
